WHY ROWDOJO?

The RowDojo is an exploration into the worlds of movement and music. It engages both mind and body for an engaging workout unlike any other. We always begin with technique to make sure that we are moving with proper form and efficiency. We then focus on timing and tempo of the movement, syncing with music and performing smooth, fluid and continuous movements. Some people come in for the physical benefits, others for the mental. Rhythmic movement offers not only a way to increase endurance but also can serve as therapeutic relief for those struggling with emotional disturbances.

Private classes allow for one on one attention and class customization so clients can receive what they need most in order to reach their goals.

Brian has passion for health and wellness. He also runs two 5 star AirBnb’s (“Holistic Health House”), which attract like minded people focused on self development. Outside of business interests, Brian enjoys music, reading, traveling and hanging with his best friend Rocky Dingo, the Aussie Cattle dog mix.

Love this class! Brian is super knowledgeable and really helps you channel your mind body connection. It’s low impact but will definitely get you sweating. The space is super clean and the greeting committee Rocky is ready for all the pets!

Brian is the real deal

Brian is the real deal. He listened and created an entire class to fit my specific needs- building on the traditional sweat foundation of a typical workout while introducing a new spiritual dimension that you can’t put a price on. His studio is a gift I feel so lucky to have found and want the world to experience as well! I am picky af and promise you will leave better than when you entered.

Brian is awesome! Challenging class, but in the best way. Definitely will be back. I am out of shape and was nervous but Brian is great and accommodated to anything I wanted to do or was too tired to do, he had alternative options! Amazing!

I have been going to HealHop for almost a year now and I highly recommend! I have developed a real love for the meditative nature and physical challenge that rowing provides. Brian is a great teacher and is knowledgeable in many fitness areas. Each class can be much more than just rowing. My workout mix has included Qigong, ski and bike machines, and boxing. Always a heavy emphasis on stretching pre and post workout! Brian also tracks your progress so you can see how far you’ve come.
