The HealHop Rowing experience is not complete until you have completed a 5 minute cool down. Take advantage those 5 minutes laying on the yoga mat by continuing to focus on your breath, doing a body scan to feel sensations throughout the body, giving thanks, or just listening intently to the nature sounds you are hearing. This will help your heart rate and breathing levels gradually return to their normal rates. The muscles will relax, eliminate lactic acid speed up the recovery process.
